The aim was that Seminar participants obtained in-depth knowledge of the central elements that act as a basis for the debate on Open Educational Resources and their management, but fundamentally the way in which these elements affect higher education institutions from the organisational point of view.

By explaining the practical experiences related to the creation, introduction and use of Open Educational Resources by academics and members of the governing boards of different universities, as well as conference with an essentially theoretical content, the Seminar offered participants the possibility of reflecting and sharing their experience regarding the most significant questions and challenges posed by Open Educational Resources.
