ABSTRACT:

The doctor-patient relationship has been a traditional topic of research in Health Psychology since its initial stages as a distinctive discipline. This relationship is now facing new challenges as we enter the information and knowledge society. Although other perspectives have been used, the one offered by PSiNET aims to promote spaces for virtual encounters for health professionals and users. The increasing presence of digital platforms for health services in the 21st century requires a better knowledge of the relationship between health and online services. The main aim of this research is to try to understand the relationship between the Internet and health, as well as the characteristics of potential users of online health services.
