This postgraduate course gives students a basic knowledge of the elements and factors (supply, demand, land planning, sustainable development of tourist facilities, product design and marketing) that need to be taken into account in the management of tourist activity based on heritage and culture. This specialism introduces students to the main theories and conceptual hypotheses guiding the development of tourism and subsequently allows them to formulate a project with professionalising aims.
In addition, the "Professional application in cultural tourism project" uses an approach to cultural tourism projects that covers the design, development and evaluation of a professional cultural tourism project.
