The development of ICT systems in healthcare and management processes in healthcare organisations will inevitably have an impact on the organisation in many ways.


This specialist course will introduce the skills to help us reveal and manage the transforming capacity of ICTs in organisations.



At the end of the module, participants will know and be in an excellent position to develop methodological aspects of process re-engineering, change management and ICT governability, and to measure results and gauge the security of the systems introduced.
