The Clinical Nutrition Programme is a Specialisation Course for students in the healthcare / hospital sector. On this course, students will learn about the role of nutrition as a therapeutic tool through the in-depth study of various pathologies and correct nutritional treatment as an exclusive or interdisciplinary measure. It looks at the general organisational aspects of hospital food and diet and at the interaction between food and genetics as well as at possible applications and related ethical problems.
This programme is useful for professional improvement and finding a new job in either the public or private health sector (health centres, hospitals, clinics) as a professional nutritionist dedicated to dietary assessment and treatment or as an expert in nutritional intervention in particular physiological or pathological cases.
