This programme is taught in collaboration with the Sociedad Española de Atención al Usuario de la Sanidad, SEAUS, (Spanish Society for Health Service Customer Care) and is designed to give students the basics of the framework in which care is given, which is sometimes distorted due to the specificity of the work of healthcare professionals.
The teaching style follows the methodology of the UOC in which the Master's Programme students are constantly in contact with their lecturers using the UOC Virtual Campus. The training given is eminently practical and allows students to learn the knowledge they will need in their care-based work and will enable those who want to dedicate themselves to this area professionally to access jobs in the sector.
