The aim of this programme is to establish solid foundations of information management, its opportunities and its problems, which can be applied to a variety of contexts. It will also explain and demonstrate the practical application of the latter in the management of information projects and services. Throughout, it will consider the entire organisation as the potential scope of the benefits.
