In modern organisations from any sector, whether public or private, appropriate and optimal use of information and knowledge is key if they want to achieve their aims. The aim of this programme is to establish solid foundations of information and knowledge management, its opportunities and its problems, which can be applied to a variety of contexts. It will also explain and demonstrate the practical application of the latter in the management of information projects and services. Throughout, it will consider the entire organisation as the potential scope of the benefits.
On completion of the Master's in Information and knowledge management, students will be able to:
