In our interconnected global world marked by multiple and opposing interests, conflict forms part of human relations on every level.

The concept of conflict resolution refers to a cross-cutting interdisciplinary science that combines the theoretical and practical know-how accumulated by various disciplines, particularly from their contemporary perspective.

It is a practical, new and innovative know-how that has attracted a great deal of international interest and can be applied to every conflictive area of human and social life: home, school, workplace, civil, international, justice, business and even policing and armed conflict.

The aim is to understand the conflict and to intervene by promoting its transformation, resolution and effective prevention.
