Information and communication technologies are introducing important changes in public authorities. These changes can be seen in the marked transformation of the way public authorities carry out their tasks. On the one hand, they are promoting the society of information as a catalyst for development and the creation of wealth and, on the other, they are adopting strategies to use information and communication technologies in their own operation and in their relations with citizens and companies, referred to as e-government.
Students of this programme will acquire the professionals skills needed to:
