The postgraduate in Corporate tax and labour law addresses two key areas of legal consulting in business. The first is tax issues, which are covered in the first term, while the second is matters of labour and social security, which are dealt with in the second half of the year.
The postgraduate is composed of two specialist courses and one end-of-course project. The first course, taught in the first six months, is called Corporate tax law and takes a global look at the tax system, adopting a practical approach to the legal regulation of the main taxes levied on the business activities of both natural and legal persons, with an impact on business profits and business consumption or trade.
The second course, entitled Corporate labour law, is taught in the second half of the year. It has a strong practical orientation and focuses on the advanced legal aspects of labour legislation and its impact on companies.
The end-of-course project offers a cross-cutting method of contrasting the acquisition of the knowledge and skills used during the postgraduate course, while also gaining enhanced knowledge of the practical application of the subject matter studied.
In the constantly changing world of business and legislation, the innovative learning model of the UOC makes this postgraduate a quality programme offering skills and abilities narrowly targeted at the exercise of professional practice.
