The aim of this specialist course is to provide horizontal training on the European Union, focusing on key topics that will enable students to understand what the EU is and what it does, how it is organised, how its policies affect us, what role the EU plays in the world context and where the process of European integration is headed.

 

The programme attempts to cover the most important aspects of the institutional, legal and financial structure of the Union and the operation of the EU's domestic market.

2. Legal and political configuration of the EU. Aims, powers and institutional and financial structure
3. The Community legal system and the judicial protection system in the EU
4. The European internal market. The free movement of persons, goods, services and freedom of establishment
