The management of individuals in the workplace is subject to a series of legal, social and financial principles that we need to be familiar with if we are to be efficient in our management. Relations between companies and individuals or groups require regulation and rules that all parties must abide by if they are to act in accordance with the law and individual and collective freedoms, and carry out their work safely. Taking the changes in the labour market and the organisational transformations as reference, the programme aims to develop competencies to manage and administer human resources from a multidisciplinary perspective.
This postgraduate programme in “Human Resources Management and Administration” is made up of two specialisation courses that have been recently reviewed and expanded: a first course in “Work Organisation and Human Resources Management” and a second course in “Management of Labour Relations and Quality of Life in the Workplace”.
