UOC graduate courses have digital format materials. Students receive the materials as the course progresses.
The Specialization in Food Security: Assessment and Action is an extension of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) Distance Learning courses in Food Security Information for Decision Making, developed with funding from the European Union. In this Specialization students are introduced to the concepts and tools used in food security analysis.
Materials will be in English and will include written course materials, relevant websites, academic articles, books and magazine articles, among others.
