Objectives

The overall objective of the Postgraduate Diploma in Food Systems and Governance is to provide students with the tools and knowledge to analyse and understand:

• Food systems and their role in society.
• How food and agriculture are regulated nationally and internationally.
• How agencies and institutions regulate agriculture and food nationally and internationally.

The Diploma also provide students with a framework for the exchange of knowledge, experiences, programs and viewpoints with other participants representing other universities, NGOs, the private sector and government.
