The Master's in Quality Management allows students to develop the skills to carry out routine quality planning and management tasks in businesses and to obtain an integrated perspective of quality across the organisation. It qualifies students to conduct quality audits, apply both basic and advanced quality techniques, carry out project management and to manage innovation.
A total quality approach and process management are used to facilitate organisation of all the elements needed to implement and manage integrated quality, environment, management and occupational risk prevention systems.
