The Postgraduate in Quality Management facilitates the organisation of all elements required for the implementation and management of integrated management systems. This system integrates the various management models of the business or organisation's strategy, including quality, environment and occupational risk prevention.
It is based on process management and a total quality approach, which are key elements in the management of integrated systems.
All of the above ideas are geared towards business excellence, for which the course uses the European Excellence Model of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM). An individual EFQM assessment will be carried out, followed by the consensus process.
