The Quality Technician Postgraduate course develops the skills to implement and maintain a quality management system in an organisation based on the performance of quality audits and the application of basic and advanced quality techniques.
It qualifies students for interpreting and applying ISO standards 9001:2000 and 19011:2002, as well as for project management and innovation management.
