Management and teaching staffMiquel Brugué Rodríguez
Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Barcelona (UB) and Diploma in ‘EUS’ or Company-University-Society studies (UB). He has more than 10 years of business experience in the private company as well as in the university. In the private company, he has worked in fields such as banking, strategy definition and implementation consulting, marketing and sales, and management. When he was at university, he was a tutor for economic and business studies and a teacher associated to the graduate field of the UOC. He is currently the Academic Director of the Global Executive Education Area of the UOC.

Teaching staff
Josep Cortadellas i Gratacòs
Degree in Economic Sciences, University of Barcelona; Translation Diploma in French and German, Autonomous University of Barcelona; Degree in Law, Open University of Catalonia. He has developed his professional experience in private companies (Henkel Ibérica, among others) and as a business partner (Renta 4, Sociedad de Valores y Bolsa SA, Bisnet Hotels), and he has also had various positions in public bodies. In this regard, he worked as the Head of the Commercial Promotion Section of the Government of Catalonia, the Head of the Foreign Promotion Service in the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Consumer Affairs, Deputy Managing Director of Commercial Promotion, Managing Director of the Consortium for Commercial Promotion of Catalonia (COPCA) and Managing Director of Tourism of the Government of Catalonia. His participation in the managing bodies of different organisations can also be noted, such as the Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade (ICEX) and the Organising Committee of the Assembly for the International Development Bank (IDB).

Ferran Brunet i Cid
Professor of European Economy at the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona. Author of Curso de Integración Europea [Course on European Integration] (Madrid: Alianza Editorial, 777 pp.). He is a specialist and has published articles and books on economic structure, finances, competition, European economic policy, structural reforms, economic constitution and multi-level government in the European Union. He has given courses at universities including Harvard, Columbia, Chicago, Montreal, Edinburgh, Louvain-la-Neuve, Institut d’Études Politiques, Bocconi, Turin, Complutense, Beijing and Kobe. Likewise, he has been a consultant in infrastructures, creative industries, urban renewal and the Olympic Games.
