This programme arises from the need for companies to hire professionals with up-to-date management skills. It also aims to satisfy the needs of people who wish to gain knowledge beyond their realm of expertise and to acquire modern business management techniques.
The Management development programme (MPD) deals with the operational part of a company's value chain. It combines the knowledge of every business discipline with the skills needed to successfully manage a changing business environment.
The programme aims to create a forum in which managers who have recently gained greater management responsibilities can share their opinions. The programme is based on a review of specific content for each area, group discussions, cases analyses of successful companies and the professional experience of teams of consultants and the staff members.
The programme considers the creation of a practical case applied to a company or participating entity managed by a consultant who wishes to improve her or his organisation.
