The current business and technological framework, with continuous advances in information systems and technologies, requires business professionals to develop a global and strategic view of information technologies and particularly business intelligence (BI) systems.

 

This specialisation is intended as an introduction to BI, presenting what a BI system is, the components it is comprised of, the current business environment and how it should be taken into account in terms of BI and information on BI project management.
