The programme delves into the foundations of e-learning and into the design of learning programmes based on new technologies, its development and implementation, to produce high quality educational programmes.

Participants will benefit from the experience gained in both an American and a European university, in a virtual mobility programme without travel, tapping from the consolidated expertise of both universities and their teaching staff.

This programme is aimed at primary, secondary and higher education teaching staff who want to apply ICTs in their teaching practise as well as at training consultants, content managers, designers of educational interfaces, training administrators and publishers of educational resources.
