Objectives


The purpose of this programme is to teach students the skills they will need in order to be able to design, implement and evaluate e-learning projects that mainly fall into corporate contexts or are for public use.

  • Students must be able to justify, identify and analyse the key factors in an e-learning project and to apply teaching and educational design models depending on the organisational needs of each institution or environment.
  • Students must be able to define the role of the e-learning manager and must understand the skills needed to launch an e-learning project in the corporate and public spheres.
  • They must be able to identify the main factors involved in the decision-making process surrounding the development of training projects in both a corporate context and a public context.
  • Students must be able to understand, identify and apply the technological tools that can be used in the design of learning environments and materials.
  • They must also learn to consider the organisational factors involved in managing change in the management of training projects including the processes of strategic management and leadership, design and operational management and getting the most out of an e-learning project.
