Virtual investigation networks: Proposal for the promotion and development of an investigative culture in higher education institutions

Abstract


The following research highlights the different elements involved in the composition of the problem, focuses on the development of investigation as a complex process which traverses the promotion and development of a research culture in higher education institutes in our country, and presents a dynamic knowledge management based on an organizational structure in networks supported over the Internet; it also offers some conclusions from the implementation process at the Instituto de Educación a Distancia de la Universidad Militar Nueva Granada (INSEDI).
