UOC Business School
The UOC Business School was created with a view to building a learning network, a programme that would give students the skills they need to tackle three of the main challenges facing companies today: the need for training in starting, running and managing businesses; business change; and the need to increase productivity and competitiveness.
To this end, the UOC Business School offers training, research, consulting, entrepreneurial and innovation services, as well as a virtual business incubator, to equip students with the skills they need to start, run and manage a business in today's changing context of economic globalisation and the consolidation of e-business.
UOC Business School programmes are organised around two main lines: first, training in SMEs and micro-enterprises, aimed at entrepreneurs, employees and independent contractors seeking to acquire or hone the skills they need to undertake, oversee and manage business change, innovation and internationalisation at such companies; and, second, MBAs and executive training, aimed at students seeking to carry out executive tasks at larger companies and to make and keep them competitive in today's international business context.
