The tourism programmes offer training in the management of sustainable, innovative, quality services. Students in this area tend to be quite geographically mobile and come from a wide range of countries.
The programmes range from public-sector management (joint programme with the World Tourism Organisation) to private-sector management, with a focus on the restaurant industry, the hotel industry, leisure, services and intermediation.
