Innovation at the UOC

Open Apps is a strategic, interdisciplinary UOC project. Its main aim is the creation of an open environment, including the main applications, resources and other solutions developed within the UOC intended for teaching use and management improvements. Open Apps is an initiative marked by the UOC’s commitment to openly share teaching experiences and applications that have been successfully developed and tested.

The main aims of this project are:

• To collect the UOC’s various applications and their uses in a single environment.
• To provide the UOC’s applications with all the associated documentation, cases of use and tools.
• To publicise teaching activity, the tools used and the teaching model, as well as the management model for UOC classes.
• To contribute to the transfer of knowledge, experiences and technology.
• To increase the network of external collaborators to improve applications and expand the possibilities of collaboration.
