The UNESCO Chair in e-Learning is a department of the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya with the seal of the UNESCO  that supports  research and prepares activities focused on the promotion of the use of ICTs for learning and development. 

The Chair researches many fields and collaborates with experts in the university and worldwide.
