The Board of Trustees of the FUOC delegates some of its functions to the Comissió Permanent (Permanent Committee), which is the permanent administration and management body of the FUOC and is responsible for the everyday affairs of the Foundation.
UOC President Imma Tubella, or the person she delegates, and FUOC General Manager FUOC Òscar Aguer attend the Committee’s meetings in an advisory role.
