- The Manager is responsible for everyday administration of the University.
- He or she is nominated and removed from office, at the proposal of the President, by the Board of Trustees of the FUOC, of which, in terms of the position, he or she is the director.
- The Manager is a member with full powers on the Governing Council.
- He or she can be aided by Assistants, who are nominated, dismissed and assigned functions by the President at the proposal of the Manager.
