Be an associated company, an added value

Financial help for continuous education enrolments: company professionals will
receive a study grant* which will be discounted from the enrolment fee for
continuous education programmes agreed between both
institutions.
* This provision will only apply after the company has agreed and signed a specific addendum with the UOC which establishes the characteristics of the grant and the conditions and procedure for awarding it.
- Personalised care channel: the company will have a personalised care channel, with its own representative, who will look for the most feasible mechanisms in enrolment management and in the subsequent training follow-up.
- Personalised information: the UOC will regularly inform about educational programmes, new items and news generated by the University. For its part, the company undertakes to offer the mechanisms so that this information has an effect and is circulated throughout the company structure.
- Privileged access to knowledge: company professionals can access the presential library, specialising in the knowledge society, that the UOC has at the UN3 Research Institute. They can also attend research projects results presentations, presential activities, congresses, conferences and round tables organised by the University for the dissemination of knowledge, under the same conditions as the UOC community group.
- Themed news service: company professionals can subscribe free of charge to the news service, in newsletter format and distributed by the UOC's virtual library, to be up to date with the areas of knowledge in which the UOC specialises.
- Participation in social events of UOC Associate Companies: the company's representatives can attend the social events that the UOC organises in honour of the associate companies, with the aim of strengthening links, fostering institutional relations and networking to discover synergies among the UOC Associate Companies' group.
- Access to the pool of professionals educated at the UOC: every year, the company will receive the Directory of UOC Graduates, the book which includes the professionals who have graduated from the University, to help companies contact these professionals.
- Participation in university-company educational cooperation placement programmes: the company will be able to admit students on UOC placements in its work environment so that they can apply the theoretical knowledge acquired at the University to the company.
- Participation in UOC entrepreneurs sponsorship programmes: the company will be able to sponsor future UOC entrepreneurs with the aim of affording them recognition, offering public support and being a reference and assessment point during their initial stages of creation.
- Contribution to solidarity projects run by the UOC: the company will be able to enter the world of peace and cooperation by collaborating on Campus for Peace and Solidarity projects, the solidarity initiative run by the UOC.
- Benefits in the adquisition of books by Editorial UOC: the professionals vinculed to the associated companies and institutions will enjoy a discount in any book published by Editorial UOC.
- Public circulation of the link: the company and the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya will publicly circulate this link in all its graphic, written and digital mechanisms in which this condition is identified.
