The UOC's virtual library runs a set of personalised push technology services. From among these, the UOC Associate Companies can benefit from the news services.
The news services are electronic newsletters, with brief news items, specialising in a range of subjects:

- Computing and telecommunications
- Tourism
- Multimedia
- Virtual organisations
- Web-based training
- Psychology and the internet
- Audiovisual communication
The content of each newsletter is created on the basis of a selection of articles and news items that have appeared in specialist publications at state or international levels. The newsletters will be distributed more frequently depending on the volume of information generated in each area.
