The UOC's teaching team

The creation of the qualifications offered by the UOC is the responsibility of our own teaching team, which supervises the quality of each of the courses and subjects. They:


  • keep the course contents up-to-date;
  • develop innovations for the constant improvement of the learning process;
  • and ensure the coherence and effectiveness of the educational actions.

Counsellor

From the very start, students receive support from their counsellor, who:


  • guides them through the complete process of enrolment, learning and being part of the UOC;
  • and offers academic advice on all matters related to the fulfilment of educational challenges, the process of integration within the university community and professional orientation on completion of a student's studies.

Tutor

Throughout each semester at the UOC, the student's learning and progress in reaching individual objectives is supported by constant, personalised attention from the tutor of each subject. Within the context of the Virtual Campus, this tutor also fulfils the role of a mentor.
