Master's Degree in Labour Relations from the University of Warwick (UK, 1992), with courses at the Catholic University of Louvain-la Neuve (Belgium). Degree in Law from the University of Manchester (UK, 1990). His research work is in the sphere of comparative social law, European social law, and the effect of the new technologies on labour law.
