Selection criteria:

Each candidate is assessed in all aspects, in accordance with the requirements published in each specific profile, taking into account each candidate's qualifications, professional and/or teaching experience, and also the knowledge, skills, abilities and interests that are required to work at the UOC.


  • University qualification in the same field as the qualification with a tutor vacancy.
  • University and/or professional teaching experience in the last three years related with the knowledge area of the tutor vacancy.
  • Knowledge of the programme of study for the qualification.
  • Experience guiding and monitoring students in education centres.
  • Experience coordinating and organizing groups both online and in person.
  • Excellent command of the language in which the teaching will be given.
  • Having a separate main line of work as well as user-level knowledge of office applications and the internet are essential requirements.

  • Personal profile well suited to performing teaching tasks in an online environment.
  • Experience in university management.
  • Skills in personal relations and written communication, in addition to a high level of initiative and organizational and teamwork ability.
