Next Monday 15 July, from 3 to 4 pm, the eLearn Center will host the research seminar 'Evaluación en los entornos virtuales: de dónde venimos y dónde estamos', by Nelson Martínez, from Universidad Don Bosco, El Salvador.
Nelson Martínez is professor ans researcher at Escuela de Educación de la Universidad Don Bosco, El Salvador. He is editor and publisher of Diá-logos, Revista de Educación from the same university. Currently, he is at the eLearn Center in a pre-doc stay, working on his doctoral thesis “Prácticas de evaluación del aprendizaje en los entornos virtuales”, within the Latin-American Doctoral Programme in Education, under the supervision of Dr. Susan Francis Salazar. Dr. Teresa Guasch is his stage tutor at eLearn Center.
This session will deal with learning assessment from a sociocultural and pedagogical perspective. Therefore, it is pointed out as a whole system of evidences about assessment that influences on an assessment practice, throughout strategies, techniques and other ways of students’ assessment, by professors and institutions. The speaker will present some findings about his research.
