The UOC's Vice President for Competitiveness and Employability, Àngels Fitó, will take part in the 26th Economists' Conference on Friday 5 November. She has been invited to speak during the session titled Joves: formació, feina i futur [Young people: education, employment and the future]. Her talk, "New times, new jobs", will focus on current labour market trends, new job types, the keys to new employability and the role of universities.
Also speaking at this session will be Lídia Farré, teacher and researcher at the University of Barcelona; Albert Cañigueral, the Catalan government's director general for Open Data; and Lluc Pejó, director of Agbar's Water School.
