Ever since 2018, there has been collaboration between various Ibero-American observatories on subjects such as education, educational technology, innovative teaching techniques and higher education policies. The members of this collaboration are: the Observatory of the Institute for the Future of Education, from the Tecnológico de Monterrey; the Office of New Trends in Education, of the Office of the Academic Vice-Rector of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP); and the eLearning Innovation Center at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC).
The purpose of this collaboration is to create synergies between the member entities and to join forces for dissemination activities. As part of this, a series of online debates were organized under the title "Diálogos". The debates have been broadcast live on the platforms of all three institutions.
