Webcam, mic and speakers: Depending on the course, you’ll need these to carry out certain activities. If the tests are online, you must have a webcam.

Some courses may require specific hardware or software, which will be indicated in the course plan.

Your connection must be broadband, ADSL, cable, eduroam, 3G, 4G, etc.

The 3G connection (mobile phone) is not recommended for downloading materials or programmes.

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it by accessing that very question in the Campus access section. You will be asked to give your user name and/or the alternative email address you have registered at the Virtual Campus.  The instructions for generating a new password will be sent to your alternative email address.
