Mihaela Enache s doctora per la Universitat Politcnica de Catalunya  i llicenciada en Administraci i direcci d'empreses (Acadmia d'Estudis Econmics de Bucarest) i en Filologia Anglesa (Universitat Dimitrie Cantemir, Bucarest). 
Actualment s professora agregada dels Estudis d'Economia i Empresa de la UOC, en l'mbit de Recursos humans. Anteriorment, ha compaginat tasques docents, de recerca i de gesti en l'EUSS i en la UPC. 
Els seus interessos de recerca se centren en l'mbit del comportament organitzatiu. El fruit de les seves recerques sn diverses publicacions i ponncies en congressos nacionals i internacionals que li han merescut el reconeixement d'un tram de recerca, aix com l'acreditaci de Professor Lector (AQU i ANECA), i l'acreditaci de Contractat Doctor (ANECA).
