NatÓlia Cuguerˇ Escofet. PhD en Management Sciences per la IESE Business School  (Universidad de Navarra). Enginyera Industrial per la UPC i Graduada en Dret per la UOC. La seva activitat acadŔmica a la UOC es centra en assignatures de l’Ómbit d’empresa, de l’organitzaciˇ d’empreses i de la gestiˇ de persones. TambÚ colĚlabora amb la IESE Business School, en cursos de doctorat en els departaments d’AnÓlisi de la Decisiˇ i de Comptabilitat i Control de Gestiˇ.

 

Anteriorment a entrar a la UOC va desenvolupar una carrera professional en l’Ómbit privat de la consultoria de gestiˇ i l’assessorament empresarial, creant la seva pr˛pia empresa. PrŔviament ha tingut experiŔncia professional tambÚ en l’Ómbit docent, i en empreses privades de diferents sectors d’activitat, tant  industrials com de serveis.

 

El seus interessos de recerca sˇn en l’Ómbit de l’Ŕtica en les organitzacions, especÝficament en temes de justÝcia organitzativa, en l’establiment de relacions de confianša en les empreses i en com implementar sistemes de control de gestiˇ que ajudin a alinear les motivacions de tots els grups d’interŔs de l’empresa. Entendre com diferents models de sistemes de control poden ajudar a aconseguir cultures on es promoguin els valors i es desenvolupi l’Ŕtica. Ha realitzat una estÓncia doctoral a la Durham Business School, i ha col.laborat activament com a investigadora en la CÓtedra CrŔdit AndorrÓ de Mercats, Organitzacions i Humanisme (IESE Business School), on ha participat en diversos projectes d’investigaciˇ i ha presentat els seus treballs en conferŔncies internacionals. Col.labora amb professors de la University of Colorado, la IESE Business School, la UniversitÚ de Toulouse, l’Emlyon Business School, entre altres institucions.

 

Com a fru´ts de la investigaciˇ feta ha tingut el reconeixement de l’acreditaciˇ de Professor Lector (AQU) el 2015 i l’acreditaciˇ de Contractat Doctor i Professor d’Universitat Privada (ANECA) el 2015. Es revisora habitual del Journal of Business Ethics, del Journal of Management Inquiry i del Journal of Change Management.
