Pere Suau-Sanchez s Professor Agregat als Estudis d’Economia i Empresa de la UOC des de l’any 2019 on s responsable d’assignatures en l’mbit de la direcci estratgica d’empreses, digitalitzaci, logstica i transport, tant a nivell de grau com mster. s Doctor en Geografia per la Universitat Autnoma de Barcelona (2011), Mster en Gesti Urbana per la Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam (2005), i t un Postgrau en Prctica Acadmica per la Cranfield University (2015).

Anteriorment ha estat Senior Lecturer in Air Transport Management i de 2014 a 2018 va ser Director del reconegut MSc Airport Planning and Management a Cranfield University, universitat amb la qual encara hi collabora. Des de l’any 2008 a l’any 2010 va ser investigador convidat a la Worldwide Scientific Network for Aviation Research and Policy a Amsterdam. A ms a ms, tamb ha treballat a empreses pbliques, privades i com a consultor independent a diversos pasos. La qualitat de la seva activitat acadmica ha estat acreditat per l’Agncia de Qualitat Universitria de Catalunya (AQU) i la Higher Education Academy del Regne Unit. A ms a ms, a nivell industrial, est acreditat pel Chartered Institute for Logistics and Transport del Regne Unit.

Els seus interessos de recerca acadmica i comercial sn en l’mbit de la gesti i estratgia d’aeroports, companyies aries i el desenvolupament i impacte del trfic aeri. Ha participat en diversos projectes I+D a Espanya, Regne Unit i Noruega, destacant un projecte de 3 anys del Research Council of Norway sobre l’impacte de la digitalitzaci als aeroports. Aix mateix, tamb ha liderat un important nombre de projectes de consultoria per a clients diversos (companyies aries, aeroports i governs). Per altra banda, participa regularment en congressos i conferncies acadmiques i industrials, com per exemple la ICAO-ECAC, Global Airport Development, World Routes, etc. Tamb escriu i contribueix de manera regular diversos mitjans de comunicaci (La Vanguardia, CNN, Forbes, BBC, entre d’altres).
