Under the wiki4HE Project the Wikipedia usage has been analised as a teaching resource by university professors, what is their perception about it and their attitude towards the primary source of information worldwide. In this talk the most interesting results of this research will be presented and issues related to the promotion of an open culture within the university will be discussed, identifying the barriers and possible solutions and pointing at possible solutions based on the results obtained in this project .
"Prom-Open: reflections on how to promote an overall vision on Open among students", taught by Àlex Lopez Borull.
We aim to reflect, and, to reflect together, on the troubles of living Openly, in order to have a vision to apply to teaching. Not so much an expert's point of view, but to share experiences, so if we can all engage in a good conversation and learn from each other .
