FEES

 

Early Bird Registration Fee €140 September 1 – October 10
Regular Registration Fee €190 After October 11
UOC members €100  

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If your registration is cancelled before October 31 you will be refunded your registration fee in full (0,99€ and 7% of the registration fee will be charged for management expenses). If your registration is cancelled between November 1 and 15 you will be refunded 50% of your registration fees. After this date you will receive no refund. No exception will be made to the cancellation and refund policies for registrants due to travel-related issues or force majeure circumstances. The failure to obtain a VISA will not be regarded as a reason for refund after the aforementioned deadline. However, a name change can be asked at any time with no extra fee or charge.

Please note that also speakers and demo presenters need to register through the form below.
 

VISA POLCIY

Obtaining a travel VISA is the responsibility of the registrant. The Chair does not provide invitation letters or assist with the VISA process.
 

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE

The registration fee includes:

  • Admission to all sessions
  • Access to free wifi
  • 3 coffee breaks
  • 1 onsite Lunch
  • Printed Seminar documentation
  • Attendance Certificate (upon request)

The registration fee does not include:

  • Accommodation
  • The International Seminar Dinner (December 1)
  • Any kind of transportation (transfers from/to airport, in-city transportation)
