Commercial Capturing and Monitoring
This is the descriptive layer

An application used to store information on all potential students and evaluate them.

The applications for commercial capturing and monitoring have three access ways:

Telephone: through the SIEBEL application, with a switchboard connected for student cards.

Web: uses the PCRM application to capture data and it transfers them to SIEBEL afterwards.

E-mail address: directly to SIEBEL.

All the information collected ends up in SIEBEL and this is the application used to work with it. It is a market application whose aim it is to monitor prospective students and to automate subsequent contacts. PCRM is the access tool with GAT or PIOLIN, and it is prior to entry into academic systems. There is a catwalk connecting both applications (PL/SQL) and some transfer modules of SIEBEL.
