Experience: experience in medium and large services and industrial companies and in academia. He has worked in the local, national and international environment, particularly in Europe and the USA and South America. Always in the ICT field.
Duties: evolution from technical to managerial posts, creation of his own IT services company and assistant manager in the IT division.
Projects: software development project management, opportunity studies, benchmarking, creation and management of professional teams and design and development of an e-learning platform.
Carlos Delgado Kloos
 
Carlos Delgado Kloos - Carlos III University of Madrid

Professor of Telematic Engineering at the Carlos III University of Madrid (UC3M), telecommunications engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (1978) and doctor in IT from the Technical University of Munich (1986). He is presently director of the Erasmus Mundus master's in Network and eBusiness Centred Computing, and of the online master's in Management and Production in e-Learning and director of the Nokia Chair at the UC3M. He has published more than 200 scientific articles in national and international conferences and journals and he has led over 20 research projects.

Education: Dr. Ingeniería Informática, Dr IT Engineering, Dr Communication Sciences, graduate in Business Administration.
Career: vice president of Research and Technology and director of the Engineering Department at the International University of La Rioja (UNIR). He is also professor of Technologies for Education and Communication, and holder of the Chair in Technological innovation. He is a member of the executive committee of Telspain and TELEARC (Spanish and European E-Learning Association) Specialization: social networks, mobiles, digital contents, sectorial technological innovation.
Collaboration: lecturer, mentor, advisor, counsellor.
Miguel Angel Sicilia

Miguel-Angel Sicilia is tenured lecturer in the Computation Sciences Department at the University of Alcalá. He was technical director of the LUISA European project and initiator of the SPDECE series of conferences. He is a member of the editorial committee of the Interactive Learning Environments.

Member of the Innovation group at Cast Info. One of the group's activities is the development of a VDI constituted of free software pieces. Within the sphere of e-learning tools, the aim is for this VDI to be a complement to them.

Begoña Arenas

I have been working for 16 years in matters relating to educational innovation and new technologies. I have worked as a researcher, project manager and now as production director at Scienter España. My main research interests focus on the use of the web 2.0 in mentoring, fostering the entrepreneurial spirit and disadvantaged groups (women, young people and disabled people).
