With more than 850 members in 48 countries, the EUA is the largest organization representing universities in Europe. Its objectives include influencing European public policies in relation to higher education, research and innovation, and serving as a forum for cooperation between member universities.
UOC Vice President for Globalization and Cooperation, Pastora Martínez Samper, is a member, representing the Crue Universidades Españolas expert group on science 2.0/open science.
Furthermore, the UOC contributed to the volume Universities' Strategies and Approaches towards Diversity, Equity and Inclusion - Examples from across Europe and sharing its inclusion initiatives based on e-learning.
