Objectives: The objective of TRAM-S is to develop a distribution and implementation model for preventive interventions and clinical recommendations that facilitates the effective transfer of research results to decision-making in the health sector. TRAM-S aims to reduce the gap between knowledge and action, between that which research has demonstrated to be effective and its practical application, and, as such, to investigate the optimal translational model for the application of scientific evidence to decision-making.
