Objectives: The aim of this coordinated project is to analyse the ethical, political and socio-cultural effects and implications of the aforementioned technification of policies and the development of care services for dependent persons. To achieve this aim, one the one hand, it will analyse in detail the implementation and operation of a home-help device, and on the other, the associative and organizational movements which, using the Internet as their principal resource, have appeared in force in recent years and given rise to a debate on the unexpected and unforeseen effects of these new health and care devices.
