The FUOC’s Statutes detail its name, nature and address; its objectives and beneficiaries; its assets and economic management; the allocation of its income to its objectives; its governing, management and advisory bodies, including the compositions of the Board of Trustees, the rules for appointing and replacing its members and the causes for their dismissal, its powers and how its deliberations are carried out and its resolutions adopted; and, finally, the mechanisms for the winding up of the Foundation.
